Mindful Flow Outdoors with Sounds
This is a weekly class! All levels welcome!
Experience the benefits of yoga as you stretch your body, and fuel your spirit, while you find peace in movement.
This class focuses on awarenes;, awareness of the breath, the present moment, all linked with a sequence of yoga poses.
End your day on your mat. Take a moment to not only check in with yourself, but to allow your body to release the burdens of the day.
Come to practice yoga and enjoy an extended savanna (final relaxation) with a Sound Bath. Sound Bath is provided with 2-4 crystals singing bowls.
Class is outdoors and last minute cancellations may occur due to weather conditions.
